The San Jacinto Animal Shelter serves an area rapidly transforming from a rural agricultural landscape into an emerging residential community and represents the latest Animal Services departmental policies encouraging pet adoptions, no euthanasia, community outreach and education, as well as the full-service animal medical clinic.
